Terry Gauger

Born and raised in West Palm Beach, FL, I've been fly-fishing for about 45 years and tying for about 6. Most of my fly-fishing, tying and inventing has been centered around the warmwater Bluegill Panfish/Large Mouth Bass fisheries of Florida, which are some of the best in the world. Exotics in South Florida like the Mayan Cichlid Peacock Bass and the Oscar are great fun on a popper and a #2 rod. I now live in middle Georgia where I have a small aluminum welding business. When I am not welding I can be found either at my tying bench or in the boat trying a new fly.
