Todd Smith

Todd Smith is renowned for C.D.C. patterns and use of natural materials. Todd is a perfectionist at the vise. Rainy's has worked hard to consistently mirror his attention to detail. You'll want ot make sure you have plenty of Todd's fish-catching flies in your fly box - because they catch fish! Todd Smith was born April 27, 1973 in the Idaho Falls area. He moved to Boise when he was young and currently resides there. He started tying flies at age 11 and selling them commercially the same year. Since he was self-taught, he has always done things his own way, which naturally led him to develop his own flies. He co-owns THE RIVERKEEPER Fly Shop where he still manages and ties 2,500+ flies per year.
