Tim Hutchins has been casting flies at things with fins for 38 years. He is a full time guide in the central sierras and spends part of every winter at his second home down on the bottom of South Island of New Zealand. He is a FFF Certified Casting Instructor who ties about 5000 flies annually and spends over 200 days on the water every year. He isn't a specialist and throws bugs at everything from bluegills to browns and carp to cutthroats.
