Kelly Galloup started his fishing career at age 13 and guiding at age 16. He owned and operated The Troutsman fly shop in northern Michigan for 17 years. In 2002 he sold The Troutsman and moved to Montana where he and his wife Penny bought the Slide Inn Lodge on the Madison River. Kelly has been published in nearly every major fly-fishing periodical and is an Editor at Large for Fly Fisherman magazine. He is also a host of Fly Fish TV on the Outdoor Life Network.
