Bill Lucoff has been fly fishing and fly tying for the past 45 years. He has fly fished everything from pan fish to marlin. He currently is developing flies for Argentine Dorado and Pike. Mr. Lucoff grew up and lives in the San Francisco Bay area and has published scientific articles on Salmon and Shark migration.
